• Unlimited 4R prints (Single Print only – waterproof) via Mirrorless Camera
• Friendly onsite operator/technician & sanitized props

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 1–2 best photos of the celebrant/logo for the customized template and customized backdrop must be emailed to knphotoboothtarlac@gmail.com

• Photobooth must be provided a minimum space of 3x3 meters with a nearby electrical outlet.

• An air-conditioned location is ideal for proper equipment operation.

• No transportation charge within Tarlac City Proper. (Other areas in Tarlac City: + Php 200.00 and up)

• Down payment can be made via GCASH – 0927 666 8921 (Nancy Ermitanio).

• Deposit slip must be emailed to knphotoboothtarlac@gmail.com or sent via our FB Page.

• Client must keep the deposit slip and present it to our staff before the event.

• 2 crew meals to be provided for Photobooth staff.

• Client is responsible for any malicious damage or loss caused by guests.

• We strictly follow the time schedule stated in the contract. – Any pause request will incur an additional Php 500.00 per hour

• If the event is outdoors, the client must provide a tented and waterproof setup.

PAYMENT & LIABILITY

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• KN Photobooth Tarlac reserves the right to use images for publication, advertising, and display.

• Miscellaneous charges (permits, parking fees, etc.) are shouldered by the client.

• In case of mechanical failure or inability to perform, KN Photobooth Tarlac’s maximum liability is limited to the return of payments received.

• KN Photobooth Tarlac is not liable for consequential damages.

• If only partial services are rendered due to conditions beyond reasonable control, fees will be refunded on a prorated basis.

MODE OF PAYMENT

• 50% or Php 1,250 upon booking & reservation.

• Remaining balance to be paid right after the event.
